CONCERT IN MANILA

November 28, 2012
JLO

I always want to watch concerts, but I missed the concert of Katy Perry because we have to attend a wedding :(  At the LMFAO concert, I forgot to bring a camera :( but the experience in being soaked in champagne is fun but sticky :) but now I always make sure to bring my camera with me.  If you will ask me why I want to watch  concert  rather than in T.V., which others usually do and much cheaper, In concerts there is the thrill, the atmosphere of excitement, you can tell yourself that you were there and you watched that concert, you can see and feel that everybody has the level of energy. You will  know if the artist is doing  lip-synch (short for lip synchronization.) It’s really awesome to watch a concert, rather than  watching it on T.V. where you can easily fall asleep.

The group is composed of Mark Foster, Cubbie Fink, and Mark Pontius.

Ms. Jennifer Lopez (JLO) love concert in Manila

We arrive a bit early

From the outside of the Arena there are thousand of people who watched the one day Live concerto of JLO

The Taylor Swift concert that happened last year was so much fun because I got to go with my Kuya John, who is a fan of Taylor Swift. The concert is so unlike watching her on TV and YouTube because you’re right in the middle of the music and you’re surrounded by thousands of fans who are singing along to Taylor Swift’s songs.

My Jet ski experience

November 16, 2012

The first thing I wanted to try in Boracay is riding a jet ski. At first my mom rode a different jet ski and followed me but when she noticed that I can manage she just stop and watched me from a distance. Jet ski rentals have different prices for 30 minutes and at first there will be a guide who will teach you how to operate the Jet ski. It’s a good thing we rented a  new model. The following day which was our last day in Boracay I  woke up early and went on the Jet ski again, unfortunately it rained  and the guide told me to stop for a while because you wont enjoy it since the waves and the rain drops would hurt your face. But after a while the rain stopped I was back riding the jet ski.

Segway and Wild Life expereince in Boracay

November 8, 2012

I wanted to try the ATV to see some of the most amazing locations of Boaracay, but we didnt have time, I just decided to try the Segway.  It’s very easy specially if you have a guide who is Kuya Joey, he explains well on how to use it and in minutes I was able to do it by myself and enjoying it. We went to the beach front and straight to Wild Life.

My first Beach wedding that I attended

November 5, 2012

Thanks to Mr. Anthony James Arias and his fiancée Miss Anais Thoret  for inviting my family

and I to their wedding. This was my first time to attend a beach wedding  at Estacio Uno.

It was across Willy’s Rock  which is Boracay’s most recognizable attraction because of

the  Virgin Mary statue on top and the only mass seen along the long stretch of white sand.

The wedding was a very nice  experience, everyone was so impressed with the great food,

beautiful set up,  and the venue.  During the ceremony the weather was ok but a bit windy,

it is such a peaceful nature experience in the area.

Most of the guys just wore shorts, even the the male sponsors are just wearing white shirts

the wedding is so relaxed, some girls just wore wedges, others were in flats. The dress of the

bride match  the airy theme of the beach setting  it  is  simple and elegant.

The place is secured with some ropes.

there are other people standing and watching the wedding.

Its more fun in Boracay!

Caticlan Pier

We deplaned at the Kalibo Airport  it is a larger airport and it serves the general area of  Kalibo, the capital province of Aklan in the Philippines. There is also an airport in Caticlan which is smaller and nearer in Boracay, but due to the small size of the runway smaller airplanes are used and it is always full. (Kalibo to Caticlan) At first I had fun watching the view on the way to Caticlan because  is  1 1/2  to 2 hours drive by van.  (you can rent the whole van or wait for other passengers to come)  But from (Caticlan to Kalibo)  it was  raining ,  I fell asleep the whole  trip and when I woke up it was 6:00 pm we were in Kalibo already. Because it was raining our scheduled trip got delayed.

My family and I stayed at Tawhay Condominium, had breakfast at The Palms and Kiko’s Boracay Beach Resort, Fish Spa at D-Mall and my first beach side wedding that I attended in front of  Willy’s rock .  But now I just want to share some photos of the view of  Boracay.
